Guy Morton will arrange to meet with you personally where possible. comprehensive search brief
Every client has unique and specific property requirements. All requirement details are documented before the property search begins, from lifestyle and location to preferences for architectural style and internal configuration. Having a documented comprehensive search brief ensures that we can be highly focused in the property search.
convenient viewings
Once we have been appointed, your search starts without delay. Usually it takes approximately 10 days of research and preview before the first viewing. Viewings are booked at times that are convenient for you and can be chauffeur driven if you require. Your consultant will accompany you to offer expert opinion on each property, before, during and after the viewing.
negotiation
In advance of negotiation, our consultants conduct thorough due diligence on a property as well as gathering comparable data to analyse its value. When negotiating for a popular property, Property Logic’s reputation and relationships can prove critical in tipping the balance in your favour.
conveyancing
Once a transaction is agreed, your Property Logic consultant will oversee the entire conveyancing process on your behalf. They will remain in regular communication, and assist in progressing matters towards a target date for exchange of contracts and legal completion.
